2018년 목회수칙 The principles for the ministry of 2018

1. 성도들에게 마음으로 다가가라 (9-10절) Approach the believers from your heart.

2. 사역과 시간을 관리하라 (11절) Manage your ministry and time.

3. 사역 비전을 구체화하라 (12절) Make concrete your vision of the ministry.

4. 성도들의 필요에 민감하라 (13절) Be sensitive to the necesities of the believers.

5. 불편한 성도를 가슴으로 품으라 (14, 17-20절) Embrace even the people who hurt you.

6. 공감 능력을 길러라 (15-16절) Cultivate the power of sympathy.

7. 선한 목적은 선한 수단과 함께 가야 함을 기억하라 (21절) Remember that good purpose should go with good method.
