KSEA Central VA Chapter is organizing National Math and Science Competition. The event will be held from 11 to 3:30 pm on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the University of Virginia. 

 

The science project (a fun competition) is open to 3rd-11th graders, Physics competition is for high school students (9-12th graders) and math competition is for 4-11th graders. You can check out sample exam questions and answers at http://ksea.org/nmsc/info.asp. 

 

You can register for this event via online at http://ksea.org/nmsc/registration.asp. You need to choose Central VA (Charlottesville) location. There is fee of $25 (significant discount to KSEA members) that includes pizza lunch, guided UVA tour, and mentoring session. 

 

Those who take the Physics competition will receive a t-shirt. Those who take math competition will receive national ranking after the exam. Attached is a flyer - I would appreciate it if you could post this to your church website.
