1. [권사, 안수집사 선거 및 임직 ] 교회를 섬길 권사, 안수집사를 세우는 일을 위해 기도해 주시고, 한 마음으로 함께 해 주시길 부탁드립니다. We plan to elect and ordain senior deaconesses and deacons. See below for details. We ask you to pray for and be of the same heart.
1) 선거 Election: Sunday December 1, 2019
2) 피택자훈련 Training for the elects: From December 1 to February 29
3) 임직식 예배 Ordination: Sunday, March 1, 2020
4) 절차 Process:
a) 추천(공천) 위원회에서 교회 내규(주보 안쪽면에 있음)에 근거해서 후보를 정함 The nominating committee will decide candidates based on the church bylaws (You can see the bylaws inside the bulletin)
b) 후보 발표 Announcement of candidate: Sunday, November 3
c) 선관위 구성 Organizing Election Management Committee: 남선교회, 여선교회, 청년부, 대학부에서 각각 2명씩 추천하고, 담임목사를 포함하여 9명으로 구성됨. We will organize of committee of 9 people in total. The committee members will be 8 members recommended each 2 people by four sub-groups (men’s, women’s, young adults and college groups) and the pastor.
d) 임직위원회 Organizing Ordination committee: 추후 구성 We will organize the committee later.
2. [교회 대청소]가 주일 친교 후에 있습니다. 함께 참여해 주시길 부탁드립니다. We will clean the church building today after the fellowship lunch. We ask many to participate.
3. [추천(공천) 위원회]가 오늘 오후 1시 30분에 112호에서 모입니다. There will be a nominating committee meeting at room 112, at 1:30 pm.
4. [Kid’s Festival]이 31일(목) 오후 6-8시에 교회에서 있습니다. There will be Kid’s Festival at the church building on Thursday, the 31st at 6:00 –8:00 pm.
5. [Daylight Saving Time]이 다음 주일에 끝납니다. 다음 주일은 바뀌어진 시간에 맞춰 예배드립니다. Daylight Saving Time will end next Sunday the 3rd of November. We will start the service next Sunday according to the changed time.
6. [본당 뒷편에 있었던 다른 의자들]을 통로의 협소함과 미관상, 그리고 의자가 부족하지 않기 때문에 치웠습니다. 성도님들의 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다. We removed extra chairs in the sanctuary because there was not enough walking space, was not attractive, and there already are enough seats. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
7. [세례 / 입교 안내] Baptism and Confirmation
1) 세례 / 입교식: 11월 10일(주일) 주일예배에서 세례/입교식이 있습니다. There will a baptism and confirmation at the Sunday service on Sunday the 10th of November, at 11:00 am.
2) 세례 / 입교 교육: 세례나 입교를 받을 분들을 위한 교육일정을 알려드립니다. 안내석에 있는 신청서를 작성하시고, 다음 시간들[10/27(주일) 2pm / 10/28(월) 7pm / 10/29(화) 10am / 10/31(목) 7:30pm / 11/3(주일) 3pm] 중 원하는 시간을 표시해서 담임목사에게 제출해 주십시오. 장소는 214호입니다. If you want to be baptized or confirmed, you should be educated about baptism or confirmation. Please choose among the following options. [10/27(2pm), 10/28(7pm), 10/29(10am), 10/31(7:30pm) or 11/3(3pm)] and fill out the form and submit it to the pastor. The room will be 214.
3) 세례 / 입교 문답: 신앙 고백을 확인하고, 세례 / 입교 예식에 대한 안내를 위한 모임을 11월 9일(토) 오후 2시, 214호에서 갖습니다. You will be checked for your eligibility for baptism or confirmation and guided the ceremonial procedure of baptism and confirmation at room 214, on Saturday the 3rd of November at 2:00 pm.
4) 구역과 부서에서 세례 / 입교 대상자를 잘 살펴서 권면/안내해 주시기 바랍니다. We ask you to encourage candidates in your small groups and to guide them to follow this procedure.
